Computer scientist: a forward-looking profession, affecting all sectors of activity...

At a time when information technology plays a predominant role in everyone's professional and social lives, computer scientists are the people who master and develop tomorrow's hardware, tools and applications. Unlike other professions, computer scientists can work in a wide range of sectors, including finance, aviation/aerospace, telecommunications, medical, retail, communications, leisure, etc.

• Bac+3 : Network and/or database administrator, Information systems architect, Applications developer, Website designer, Operations analyst, User assistant, Search engine optimisation manager, Research engineer (civil service), etc.
• Bac+5 : Project managers, consultants, network deployment engineers, security engineers, IT asset managers, network and/or database administrators, telecoms software architects, information systems architects, etc.
• Bac+8: Research engineer (civil service), researcher or teacher-researcher (civil service), Research and Development engineer...

According to OFIP's survey of our Master's graduates in 2021-2022 and 2023 :

• 96% are in post 18 months after graduation
• 35% of our Master's students have been offered a job by the company that hosted their work placement/alternship
• the median net monthly salary is €2,222
• jobs spread across the country, more than half of which are in the south of France (PACA, Occitanie Pyrénées-Méditerranée...)
